Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz espresso (or very strong coffee)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup eggnog
  • Freshly grated nutmeg (if desired)
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare espresso or make a very strong coffee.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of eggnog together for about 1 minute in the microwave.
  3. Froth the heated milk and eggnog mixture using a milk frother until it almost doubles in size.
  4. Pour the espresso or coffee into a coffee cup.
  5. Top the coffee with the frothed milk and eggnog mixture.
