Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Blue Curacao
  • 1 tbsp Vodka (or Light Rum)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • Coconut Flakes (for rimming glass)
  • Light Corn Syrup (for rimming glass)

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass: Pour a small amount of corn syrup onto a plate and dip the rim of the glass into the syrup, then dip it into the coconut flakes.
  2. In a blender, combine ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, and coconut cream. Blend until the mixture reaches the desired slushy consistency.
  3. Pour the blended cocktail into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
