Ingredients

  • 2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 2 oz Vanilla Rum
  • 2 oz Blue Curaçao
  • Ice
  • 5 oz Sprite (or other Lemon-Lime Soda)
  • Maraschino Cherry, for garnish, optional
  • Simple Syrup
  • Crushed Candy Cane

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, pour some simple syrup, and in another dish, place the crushed candy canes.
  2. Dip the rim of the glass into the syrup and then into the crushed candy canes. Set aside.
  3. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the peppermint schnapps, vanilla rum, and blue curaçao. Shake well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice cubes and top up with Sprite.
  5. Optionally, garnish with a maraschino cherry.
