Ingredients

  • 1 oz cranberry syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz orange juice
  • Club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, simmer sugar, water, orange zest, and cranberries until the berries burst, about 5 minutes. Strain and let cool.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the cooled cranberry simple syrup, bourbon, cranberry juice, and orange juice.
