Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Blue Curacao liquor
  • 1/4 cup light rum
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • light corn syrup
  • coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Pour a small amount of corn syrup onto a shallow plate.
  2. Place the coconut flakes in another small dish.
  3. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the corn syrup, then into the coconut flakes.
