Ingredients

  • 2 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 tsp Blue Curacao
  • 1/3 cup Lemonade
  • Sugar
  • 1 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes for rimming
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Rim the glass by dipping the rim in honey, then in the shredded coconut. Set aside to dry.
  2. Pour Blue Curacao into the glass.
  3. Add lemonade to the glass until it's about half full.
  4. Top with Champagne and serve immediately.
