Ingredients
- 5 oz rosé wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 3 medium strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 2 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour the rosé into a large, lipped sheet pan and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Boil water and sugar to make simple syrup, then add the strawberries and let the mixture infuse for 30 minutes.
- Strain the strawberry syrup through a sieve and chill it for 30 minutes.
- In a blender, combine 3 ounces of strawberry syrup, lemon juice, ice, and the frozen rosé. Blend until smooth.
- Serve the Frosty Berry Rosé in a chilled glass and enjoy!
