Ingredients

  • 5 oz rosé wine
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 3 medium strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Pour the rosé into a large, lipped sheet pan and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  2. Boil water and sugar to make simple syrup, then add the strawberries and let the mixture infuse for 30 minutes.
  3. Strain the strawberry syrup through a sieve and chill it for 30 minutes.
  4. In a blender, combine 3 ounces of strawberry syrup, lemon juice, ice, and the frozen rosé. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve the Frosty Berry Rosé in a chilled glass and enjoy!
