Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz good tequila (Lalo or Casamigos recommended; adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 tsp egg whites
  • Salt, for serving
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine the tequila, Cointreau, simple syrup, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and egg whites in a blender.
