- 2 1/2 oz good tequila (Lalo or Casamigos recommended; adjust to taste)
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1/4 tsp egg whites
- Salt, for serving
- Ice
Instructions
- Combine the tequila, Cointreau, simple syrup, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and egg whites in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until very frothy.
- Rim a glass with salt and fill it with ice.
