Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1/3 oz Galliano l'Autentico
  • 1/2 oz cachaça (preferably Germana Soul)
  • 1/3 oz lime oleo saccharum
  • 1/3 oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes absinthe (preferably La Fée Parisienne)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled, then strain into the other tin.
  3. Discard the ice, then dry shake without ice to fully combine.
  4. Fine-strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
  5. Garnish with a bamboo leaf.
