Fizzy Hibiscus Coconut Delight
A delightful low-carb champagne cocktail with hibiscus-infused vodka, coconut, and fresh raspberries for a touch of elegance.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 0.75 hibiscus tea bag
- 0.25 oz liquid allulose sweetener
- 0.50 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 4 oz champagne
- 2 fresh raspberries
Instructions
- In a glass jar, steep the vodka with the hibiscus tea for at least 2 hours at room temperature.
- Just before serving, pour the liquid allulose into a flat bottom bowl and measure the coconut shreds into another flat bottom bowl.
- Coat the rim of a champagne flute first in the allulose, then gently coat the rim in coconut shreds.
- Add 1 ounce of the hibiscus vodka to the glass.
- Top with 4 ounces champagne.
- Finish the cocktail with two raspberries and enjoy!
