Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raspberries and sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1/4 cup ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/4 cup white grape juice, chilled
  • 3 tablespoons vodka
  • 1/4 cup seltzer, chilled

Instructions

  1. Spread the strawberries and raspberries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Freeze for 2 hours, then transfer the frozen berries to a resealable plastic freezer bag and return to the freezer.
  3. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the apricot nectar, ginger ale, grape juice, and vodka until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge until ready to serve.
  5. When ready to serve, add the seltzer and frozen berries to the mixture.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
