Ingredients
- 1.40 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1.50 oz cream of coconut
- 1.20 oz evaporated milk
- 1.30 oz coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
- a pinch of ground cloves
- 1.40 oz light rum
- ice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and light rum.
- Blend the ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a glass pitcher and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Stir the coquito before serving.
- Serve the coquito chilled, over ice if desired, and optionally top with a cinnamon stick or freshly-grated nutmeg.
