Ingredients

  • 1.40 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.50 oz cream of coconut
  • 1.20 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.30 oz coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground cloves
  • 1.40 oz light rum
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and light rum.
  2. Blend the ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass pitcher and chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Stir the coquito before serving.
  5. Serve the coquito chilled, over ice if desired, and optionally top with a cinnamon stick or freshly-grated nutmeg.
