Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon Whiskey or Rye Whiskey
  • 3/4 - 1 oz Spiced Cranberry Orange Simple Syrup
  • 3/8 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 3 dashes Orange Cocktail Bitters
  • Cranberry Simple Syrup
  • Zest of 1 Orange
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cranberry simple syrup following the recipe, adding orange zest and a cinnamon stick.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine whiskey, simple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice, egg white, and bitters without adding any ice.
  3. Vigorously shake the mixture for about 30 seconds without ice.
