Ingredients
- 1-2 shots of fresh espresso
- 1 scoop of gelato, preferably flor di latte
- 1 oz Sambuca, grappa, rum, or Cognac (optional)
Instructions
- Brew 1-2 shots of fresh espresso.
- Place a scoop of gelato, preferably flor di latte, in a small bowl or cup.
- Pour the freshly brewed espresso over the gelato.
- Add 1 oz of Sambuca, grappa, rum, or Cognac if desired.
