Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups brewed coffee or espresso, at room temperature
  • 1.50 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 0.50 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour brewed coffee (or espresso) into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
  2. Combine the coffee ice cubes, coffee liqueur, vodka, and vanilla in a blender, and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
  3. Divide the mixture between 2 chilled coupe martini glasses.
  4. Garnish each glass with 3 coffee beans, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.
