Ingredients

  • 2 oz Appleton Estate V/X Rum
  • 1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz egg whites
  • 1/4 oz grenadine
  • 12 drops angostura bitters
  • 1 dehydrated citrus wheel
  • 1 straw

Instructions

  1. Combine all the cocktail ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a fizz glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel and serve with a straw.
