Ingredients
- 1/8 large cucumber
- Ice cubes
- 2 tbsp elderflower cordial
- 3 oz prosecco
- 1.25 oz tonic water or sparkling water
- Small handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber lengthways and remove the seeds.
- Peel the cucumber into thin ribbons using a peeler or slice thinly with a knife.
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add the elderflower cordial, prosecco, and tonic water to the glass.
- Place the cucumber ribbons and mint leaves in the glass.
- Squeeze the lime wedges over the drink and drop them into the glass.
