- 3-4 teaspoons Elderflower Cordial
- 2 strawberries, halved
- 1 glass chilled Brut Champagne
Instructions
- Place the halved strawberries in a small bowl.
- Pour the Elderflower Cordial over the strawberries and let them sit for at least 15 minutes, preferably overnight in the fridge for best flavor infusion.
- When ready to serve, pour the chilled Brut Champagne into glasses.
