Ingredients
- 1 large egg, separated
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tablespoons French cognac
- Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolk until thick and creamy.
- Add sugar and continue beating until very light and fluffy.
