Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
- Cinnamon stick, for stirring
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer until it forms peaks.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and slowly add the bourbon and rum, stirring continuously.
- Combine the beaten heavy cream and the egg-liquor mixture in a large bowl, then slowly whisk in the light cream.
