Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 5 oz hot sake
Instructions
- Crack a whole egg into a bowl and add the simple syrup.

- Warm the sake to 113°F (45°C).
- Slowly pour the warmed sake into the egg mixture while continuously whisking.
