Dude's Delight

Synonymous as "The Dude's" chosen beverage in "The Big Lebowski", the White Russian cocktail was regarded as perhaps a boring cocktail but has proven very popular in recent years. We think it is an excellent after-dinner cocktail that can almost substitute a dessert.

A creamy and indulgent after-dinner cocktail inspired by "The Big Lebowski."

Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Fresh Cream

Instructions

  1. Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Pour the Vodka and Coffee Liqueur into the glass.
  3. Stir the ingredients together.
  4. Gently float the fresh cream on top of the cocktail.
  5. Serve with a stirrer.
