Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dragonfruit simple syrup
  • 3/4 cup seltzer water, or to taste
  • 1/2-1 cup ice cubes
  • Honey or preferred sweetener, to rim the glass
  • Dragonfruit powder, for rimming the glass

Instructions

  1. Chill a glass in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Rim the glass with honey and then dragonfruit powder.
  3. Once chilled, add 1/4 cup homemade dragonfruit simple syrup and ice to the glass.
