Ingredients

  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz red bell pepper simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • Soda (to top)

Instructions

  1. In a shaking tin, combine all ingredients except soda and chili salt.
  2. Shake the mixture well.
  3. Strain the cocktail over ice into a Collins glass rimmed with chili salt.
  4. Top with soda.
