Ingredients
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Ice
- 1 1/2 oz añejo rum
- 1 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the heavy cream, simple syrup, and an ice cube. Shake vigorously to aerate the cream and allow the ice to melt slightly.
- Fill a pint glass with ice and add the añejo rum and coffee liqueur. Stir well to combine.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Gently spoon the whipped cream on top of the cocktail.
