Ingredients

  • Chocolate Syrup for Swirling in Martini Glass (optional)
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 2 oz Dark Chocolate Liqueur
  • Lindt Chocolate Truffles, optional for garnishment

Instructions

  1. Swirl chocolate syrup around the inside of the martini glass.
  2. Fill the cocktail shaker with one cup of ice.
  3. Add 2 ounces each of vanilla vodka, Irish cream liqueur, and dark chocolate liqueur to the shaker.
  4. Hold the shaker sideways and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds.
  5. Strain the chocolate martini into the martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a cocktail pick holding dark and white chocolate truffles (optional).
