Ingredients

  • 2 oz crisp white wine (such as pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc)
  • 1 oz gin (Bombay Sapphire recommended)
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz St Germain liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes
  2. Add the white wine, gin, pomegranate juice, and St Germain liqueur to the shaker
  3. Cap the shaker and shake at least 20 times
  4. Strain the cocktail into a martini glass
  5. Lift the glass
  6. Sip
  7. Smile
