Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. rye whiskey
  • 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
  • 1/4 oz. allspice liqueur
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine rye whiskey, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, allspice liqueur, and orange bitters.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with pebble-size crushed ice.
