Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon boiling water
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 2 oz. Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
  • 4 oz. Milk
  • Shaved chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine instant coffee, granulated sugar, and boiling water. Use a hand mixer to whip for 2 to 3 minutes until lightened in color.
  2. Once whipped, add the cocoa powder and continue to whip for an additional minute.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Bailey's Irish Cream, coffee liqueur, and milk. Fill with ice, shake well, and strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with the whipped coffee mixture and garnish with shaved chocolate, if desired.
