Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz milk
  • 0.50 oz Vanilla simple syrup
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 0.50 oz coconut rum
  • 0.50 oz cream based Caribbean rum
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Caramel sauce (for topping and rim)
  • 1 tbsp Pecan chips (for rim)
  • 1 tbsp Shredded coconut (for rim)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine milk, Vanilla syrup, chocolate liqueur, coconut rum, cream-based Caribbean rum, and ice. Shake well.
  2. Spread a thin layer of caramel sauce on a plate and lightly dip the rim of the glass in it.
  3. In a small bowl, mix pecan chips and shredded coconut. Dip the caramel-rimmed glass into the mixture.
  4. Pour the cocktail into the prepared glass and serve with or without ice. Top with whipped cream.
