Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Creme de Cocoa
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate shavings (see note)

Instructions

  1. Gently drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of a small coupe glass.
  2. In a martini shaker, combine Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, and creme de cocoa. Shake well to blend.
  3. Gently pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
  4. Top the martini with a generous portion of whipped cream.
