Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. blended malt whiskey (recommended: Monkey Shoulder)
- 1 1/2 oz. toasted coconut syrup
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. curaçao (recommended: Pierre Ferrand)
- 1 fresh egg white
- 2 dashes absinthe
- 1 tsp. peated single malt Scotch whisky (recommended: Laphroaig 10 year old), to rinse glass
Instructions
- Rinse a chilled coupe with the peated malt whisky, discarding the excess.
- Combine the blended malt whiskey, toasted coconut syrup, fresh lemon juice, curaçao, egg white, and absinthe in a shaker.
- Shake the mixture without ice until it becomes foamy.
