Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Condensed Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cream of Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Canned Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Almond Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 oz Dark Rum or Spiced Rum

Instructions

  1. Combine the condensed coconut milk, cream of coconut, canned coconut milk, almond milk, rum, vanilla extract, and spices in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, for about 1 - 2 minutes.
  3. Chill the cocktail in the fridge in a sealed glass container for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, shake or stir the cocktail.
  5. If the consistency is too thick, thin it with 2-4 tablespoons of extra almond milk, stir to combine, and serve.
  6. Serve in a glass with a stick of cinnamon and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
