Ingredients

  • 1.40 oz Condensed Coconut Milk
  • 1.70 oz Cream of Coconut (sweetened coconut cream)
  • 1.70 oz Canned Coconut Milk
  • 0.50 oz Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.50 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1.75 oz Dark Rum or Spiced Rum

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine condensed coconut milk, cream of coconut, canned coconut milk, almond milk, rum, vanilla extract, and spices. Blend on high speed until smooth, for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Chill the cocktail in the fridge in a sealed glass bottle or jug for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Before serving, shake or stir. If too thick, add 2-4 tablespoons of extra almond milk to thin to your liking. Stir to combine and serve.
  4. Serve in a glass with a stick of cinnamon and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
