Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, separated
  • 0.10 cup dark rum
  • 0.10 cup Bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 0.10 cup VS or VSOP Cognac
  • 0.10 cup heavy cream
  • 0.07 cup dark maple syrup
  • 0.30 nutmeg seeds

Instructions
