- 1 large egg, separated
- 0.10 cup dark rum
- 0.10 cup Bourbon or rye whiskey
- 0.10 cup VS or VSOP Cognac
- 0.10 cup heavy cream
- 0.07 cup dark maple syrup
- 0.30 nutmeg seeds
