Ingredients
- 2 oz full-fat coconut milk
- 2 oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz evaporated milk
- 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 oz Puerto Rican rum
- Cinnamon sugar for rim garnish
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the mixture well to ensure all ingredients are fully blended.
- Add the Puerto Rican rum to the mixture and stir again until combined.
- Strain the liquid using a fine mesh strainer to remove any remaining clumps of cinnamon or nutmeg.
- Refrigerate the cocktail for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to enhance the flavors.
- Before serving, rim a glass with cinnamon sugar and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
