Ingredients

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1.20 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.50 oz cream of coconut
  • 1.40 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.35 oz coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 oz white rum

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or blender, combine the egg yolk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and white rum.
  2. Blend the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Chill the mixture and stir before serving.
