Ingredients

  • 3 oz full-fat coconut milk
  • 4 oz cream of coconut
  • 3 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.50 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1.50 oz Puerto Rican rum
  • Cinnamon sugar and cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large container, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Add the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract, then mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour in the Puerto Rican rum and stir well to combine.
  4. Strain the liquid using a fine mesh strainer to remove any clumps of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.
  6. Garnish the serving glass with a cinnamon sugar rim and a cinnamon stick.
