Ingredients
- 3.50 oz coconut milk
- 3.50 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3.75 oz cream of coconut
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, white rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend the ingredients until well-combined.
- Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle and refrigerate for at least one hour to chill.
- Before serving, shake the bottle to mix the coquito.
- Serve the chilled coquito in a lowball glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
