Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz coconut milk
  • 3.50 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3.75 oz cream of coconut
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, white rum, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend the ingredients until well-combined.
  3. Strain the coquito into an airtight bottle and refrigerate for at least one hour to chill.
  4. Before serving, shake the bottle to mix the coquito.
  5. Serve the chilled coquito in a lowball glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
