Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 oz full-fat coconut milk (4 tablespoons)
  • 2 oz plant-based milk of choice (4 tablespoons)
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker or Mason jar with ice.
  2. Add the Amaretto liqueur, simple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut milk, and plant-based milk of choice to the shaker. Shake well to cool and aerate the drink.
  3. Fill a cocktail glass with 3-4 ice cubes.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
