Ingredients

  • 1 oz Smirnoff vodka
  • 1 oz coconut liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp honey (plus 1 tsp for rimming the glass)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz Smirnoff Ice
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp cane sugar

Instructions

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, coconut liqueur, 1/2 tsp honey, and vanilla. Shake for 10 seconds.
  2. Squeeze 1 tsp of honey onto a small plate and tap the rim of the glass in the honey.
  3. On another small plate, mix the shredded coconut and cane sugar, then dip the glass rim to coat it.
  4. Add ice to the glass and pour in the drink from the shaker using a strainer.
  5. Top off the drink with Smirnoff Ice.
