Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1.50 - 3 oz. bourbon, to taste
- freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine whole milk, coconut milk, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat until steaming.
- Whisk the mixture until frothy.
- Warm a mug in the microwave.
- Add bourbon to the mug (start with 1.5 oz.) and let others adjust to taste.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bourbon in the mug.
