Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin (preferably Bluecoat)
  • 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz cream
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  • Club soda

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except club soda, in a mixing tin and shake with ice.
  2. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass over ice.
  3. Top the drink with club soda.
  4. Garnish with an orange wheel.
