Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 oz cream soda
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 oz spiced rum
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Gold sanding sugar, for serving
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine water, cream soda, brown sugar, butter, 1 tablespoon butterscotch syrup, cinnamon stick, vanilla, and salt.
- Cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm and the butter is melted.
