Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp cream of coconut
  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur, chilled
  • 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur, chilled
  • 1/2 oz dark crème de cacao liqueur, chilled
  • 1/2 oz black or dark rum, chilled
  • 1/2 tbsp chocolate sauce or syrup
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • Garnishes: whipped cream, maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed ice, cream of coconut, coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, crème de cacao liqueur, rum, and chocolate sauce in a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is finely chopped.
  3. Add the vanilla ice cream to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a parfait glass.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
