Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz crème de cacao
  • 1 oz half and half or heavy cream
  • 1 oz chocolate syrup or 1/2 oz grated chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garnish by either swirling chocolate syrup around the inside of a martini glass or wetting the glass rim and rolling it in grated chocolate.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, and half and half.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into the garnished martini glass and serve.
