Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peeled, chopped peaches, frozen until hardened
  • 1/8 cup peach schnapps
  • 3 oz plus 1 tablespoon chilled Champagne or sparkling white wine
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 1/2 cup small ice cubes
  • Peach slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen peaches, peach schnapps, 1 tablespoon Champagne, sugar, and ice.
