Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Jim Beam Vanilla Bourbon (or 1.5 oz bourbon plus a splash of vanilla extract)
  • 1 oz amaretto liqueur
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • Silver or blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla bourbon, amaretto liqueur, and softened vanilla ice cream.
  2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Wet the rim of a glass.
  4. Place the silver or blue sprinkles on a shallow plate and dip the wet rim of the glass onto the plate to coat it with sprinkles.
  5. Carefully pour the cocktail into the center of the prepared glass.
