Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-inch cinnamon stick
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1/2 oz espresso
- 1/4 cup pisco or grappa
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine milk, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and star anise. Heat over medium heat until it simmers gently, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
