Ingredients
- 2 oz lime juice
- Sugar (for rimming glasses)
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 oz water
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
- A dash of maple syrup
- 4 oz Kombucha, your choice of flavor
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime slice (for garnish)
Instructions
- Dip the rims of glasses in lime juice and then roll in sugar to frost the rim.
- In a small bowl, mix water and chia seeds, and set aside for 20 minutes to allow the chia to turn into a gel.
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine the tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, maple syrup, ice cubes, and chia gel. Secure the lid and shake well.
