Ingredients

  • 2 oz lime juice
  • Sugar (for rimming glasses)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 oz water
  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • A dash of maple syrup
  • 4 oz Kombucha, your choice of flavor
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lime slice (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Dip the rims of glasses in lime juice and then roll in sugar to frost the rim.
  2. In a small bowl, mix water and chia seeds, and set aside for 20 minutes to allow the chia to turn into a gel.
